Experience the heart of Sabah like never before on this 4-day, 3-night journey with Orou Sapulot, a Murut-led eco-adventure into Borneo’s lush interior. Your trip begins with a scenic drive and river cruise to Pungiton Eco-Camp, where you'll explore the stunning multi-level Pungiton Caves and sleep riverside under the stars. On day two, venture deep into pristine rainforest, trek to the base of the towering Batu Punggul — with the option to climb it — and cool off at the hidden Vangkaakon Waterfall before camping beside it. The third day offers a cultural immersion at Romol Eco Village, with a farm tour, traditional Murut performances, and local rice wine. The final day eases you back into the world, as you depart with unforgettable memories of nature, adventure, and indigenous hospitality.

DAY 1  7.30am Transfer from your Hotel in Kota Kinabalu city to Keningau town. 10am Meet & greet by Orou representative at Keningau town and transferr to Labang Village, Sapulot by a private transport. Upon arrival, take a traditional longboat cruise to Pungiton Eco-Camp where lunch will be served. Take a short trek through the jungle and explore the multi-leveled Pungiton Caves. Put up a night at the Pungiton Eco-Camp and sleep to the harmonious sounds of the River and Insects.

DAY 2 After Breakfast, depart on another river cruise for jungle trekking activity through the pristine primary rainforest to the foot of the Legendary Batu Punggul. The adventurous would have the option to climb the 800 ft Limestone Outcrop known as the Batu Punggul. After a picnic lunch by the riverbanks, get transferred to Vangkaakon Hidden Waterfall to enjoy a refreshing and relaxing swim. After dinner, put up the night in a tent at the Vangkakon Camp just by the Vangkakon Waterfalls.

DAY 3 After lunch, get transferred to the MunorAulai Guesthouse at Romol Eco Village. Get unpacked and take a stroll in our Farm Tour activity. Not only will you be able to see various crops but also understand more about the Integrated Farming concept and activities. Guests will be entertained with Cultural Performances by the local villagers and also get to participate in dances and playing with the Murut traditional music instruments. Also get a chance to try the Murut's pride, the Traditional Rice Wine served in Jars. Spend a night at the MunorAulai Guesthouse and enjoy being serenaded by surrounding nature.

DAY 4 Breakfast served at 7.30am. Transfer out from Orou Sapulot to Keningau Town. Private transfer to Kota kinabalu. END OF TOUR
