This 5-day eco-adventure in Sabah, Malaysia, begins with a boat ride to Selingan Turtle Island, where you'll check in, enjoy lunch, and spend the afternoon swimming or snorkeling. In the evening, you'll attend a briefing and then witness the magical process of turtle nesting and the release of hatchlings. On Day 2, you’ll embark on a cultural Sandakan City tour, visiting historical landmarks like Puh Jih Shih Temple, St. Michael's Church, Agnes Keith House, and the WWII War Memorial, before heading to Sepilok for lunch and an afternoon exploring the Rainforest Discovery Centre’s canopy walk and botanical gardens. The third day kicks off with visits to the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre, followed by a transfer to the Kinabatangan River, where you’ll enjoy your first wildlife river cruise and a night walk. Day 4 offers a full immersion in Borneo’s wildlife with early morning and evening river cruises, a guided nature walk, and optional eco-activities like tree planting or batik painting. On the final day, enjoy one last sunrise cruise before returning to Sandakan for your onward journey.

Day 01: Selingan Turtle Island (Lunch/Dinner)

Transfer to Sabah Jetty for a 1000 hours boat ride to Selingan Turtle Island. Upon arrival at 1045 hours, check-in at Sabah Park HQ. Lunch at 1200 hours. Afterward, enjoy swimming, snorkeling (gear available for rent), or a walk on the beach. At 1800 hours, attend a briefing at the AV room. Dinner at 1930 hours, followed by a night turtle watch, observing egg laying, egg collection, tagging, and the release of baby turtles. Rest at your room afterward.

Day 02: City Tour / Sepilok / RDC (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Depart at 0700 hours for a Sandakan City tour. Visit Puh Jih Shih Buddhist Temple, St. Michael's Church, Agnes Keith House, and the WWII War Memorial Park. Lunch at 1230 hours at Mango Garden Restaurant, Sepilok. Check-in at 1300 hours. Explore the Rainforest Discovery Centre with a canopy walk and botanical garden. Return to Tanini Sepilok by 1600 hrs. Dinner at Mango Garden Restaurant at 1900 hours. Rest at your room.

Day 03: Sepilok / Kinabatangan River (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Wake up at 0600 hours for an exciting day. Check-out at 0800 hours and enjoy breakfast. Visit Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre. Lunch at 1200 hours. Depart for Kinabatangan River, arriving at 1500 hours. After check-in, embark on a 2-hour river cruise to see wildlife. Dinner at Tanini Kinabatangan, followed by a night walk at 1930 hours. Rest by 2045 hours.

Day 04: Kinabatangan River (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Wake up at 0530 hours for a morning cruise. Return for breakfast at 0730 hours. Meet your guide at 0900 hours for a walk along the river. Lunch at 1200 hours. Enjoy leisure activities or participate in tree planting or batik silk painting (optional). At 1600 hours, take an evening cruise. Return for dinner at 1800 hours, then enjoy night trekking at 2000 hours. Rest by 2045 hours.

Day 05: Kinabatangan River / Sandakan (Breakfast)

Start the day with a final river cruise at 0530 hours. Pack up by 0730 hours, then depart for Sandakan at 0830 hours, dropping off at your destination or Sandakan airport.
